Place an online reservation for Standard Chartered CNY New notes through Standard Chartered (SC) Mobile App (access the new banknotes reservation page by clicking on the reservation banner).

Standard Chartered Branch Walk-In

From 24 January to 8 February 2024, branch walk-ins are only allowed for senior clients aged 60 years and above OR clients with disability.
