Adjusted Opening Hours on Lunar New Year’s Eve

Details below for both standard branches and the HSBC Claymore International Wealth Hub:

  • Date: 9th February 2024
  • Operating Hours for all HSBC Branches & HSBC Claymore International Wealth Hub: 09:30 to 13:00

Please be advised that from the 10th to the 12th of February 2024, all branches will be closed.

Cheque Collection Cutoff Time – 9th February 2024

In alignment with the festive schedule, HSBC also revises its cheque collection cutoff time. Here’s what you should keep in mind:

  • Cheque Denomination: All cheques (SGD and USD)
  • New Cutoff Time: 13:00
  • Special Note: Cheques deposited post the cutoff time on 9th February 2024 will only be processed on the next working day, which is 13th February 2024.

Self-service Facilities

Rest assured that although the branches will have special operating hours, all self-service facilities such as HSBC ATMs, Multi-Function Machines (MFM), and Quick Cheque Deposit will remain accessible during this period.
