How To Activate New POSB/DBS Card For First Use

Did you just receive a new DBS/POSB Credit card, Debit card or ATM card?

You need to activate the card before you can use it even if the card is a replacement.

How To Activate POSB/DBS Card by SMS

• SMS the following to 77767:
  • Activate Last 4 digits of your new Card
  • For Example: if your card number is 1111 2222 3333 4444
• Send SMS: Activate 4444 to 77767

How To Activate New POSB/DBS Card Using iBanking

1) Login to your POSB iBanking

2) Move your mouse over to “Cards” tab and then choose either “Activate Debit or ATM Cards” or “Activate Credit Cards“

3) Choose the card that you wanted to activate & accept the Terms and Conditions

4) Verify your details and click submit
