How To Pay Tax Via POSB/DBS
Need to pay taxes to IRAS? It is easy if you have a POSB/DBS account.
Have these 2 pieces of information on hand before you proceed;
- What is your IRAS tax reference number?
- It is your NRIC or FIN number.
- How to check your income tax?
- You can login using Singpass at IRAS to check the amount due.

How To Pay Tax Via POSB/DBS using iBanking
Add Billing Organisation
- Login to POSB/DBS internet banking
- Go to “Pay” -> Click “More Payment Services“
- Under “Manage Payments & GIRO” column -> Click “Add Billing Organisation“
- Add Billing Organisation page
- Billing Organisation -> Select “IRAS-INCOME TAX (TAX REF NO.)“
- Bill Reference -> Enter Tax Reference Number (NRIC or FIN number)
- From Account -> Select the payment account
- Click “Next“
- Verify details are correct -> Click “Submit“
Go To Pay Bills Page
- Go to “Pay” -> Click “Pay Bills“
- Pay Bills page
- Select Payment Option -> Select “Billing Organisation in my pre-arranged list“
- Select Pre-arranged Billing Organisation
- Select “IRAS-INCOME TAX (TAX REF NO.)“
- Input Payment Amount
- Input Payment Date
- Click “Next“
- Verify payment details are correct – > Click “Submit“
