You can make an online appointment to reserve new notes through Standard Chartered’s new notes reservation site for collection at the preferred Standard Chartered branch.

Standard Chartered does not have any pop-up ATM for new notes.

Online reservation starts on 27 January 2025.

Standard Chartered Online Reservation For New Notes

Place an online reservation for Standard Chartered CNY New notes through Standard Chartered’s new notes reservation site, and clicking on the “Reserve Now” button which is located at the bottom of the screen.

The online reservations service starts on 27 January 2026.

Standard Chartered Branch Walk-In

From 3 February to 16 February 2026, branch walk-ins are only allowed for senior clients aged 60 years and above OR clients with special needs.

If you are not in these categories, do remember to make your reservation online starting on 27 January 2025 if you intend to do branch walk-ins.
