You can make an online appointment to reserve new notes through Standard Chartered’s new notes reservation site for collection at the preferred Standard Chartered branch.

Standard Chartered Online Reservation For New Notes

Place an online reservation for Standard Chartered CNY New notes through Standard Chartered’s new notes reservation site, and clicking on the “Reserve Now” button which is located at the bottom of the screen.

The online reservations service starts on 7 January 2025.

Reservation Dates	Collection Dates
7 January (12am onwards) to 10 January 2025	14 January to 27 January 2025

Only 1 reservation per customer
No amendments allowed after submission
Reservation limit per customer is S$800

Standard Chartered Branch Walk-In

From 14 January to 28 January 2025, branch walk-ins are only allowed for senior clients aged 60 years and above OR clients with special needs.

If you are not in these categories, do remember to make your reservation online starting on 7 January 2025 if you intend to do branch walk-ins.
