1) Login to POSB internet banking

2) Hover to the human icon on the top right –> Update Personal and Contact Details

3) Update your phone (Home/Office/Mobile) numbers

You can also edit your Personal Particulars and Consent & Withdrawal of Marketing Messages from POSB on this page.

Tick the agreement box and click “Next” button at the bottom of the page.

4) Verify the information entered and key in the Secure PIN and click “Submit”

5) Wait 3-5 working days for confirmation SMS
